Mark Snead, Ph.D.
Economist, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Denver Branch
Mark Snead, Ph.D. is an economist for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City
and lead officer for the Denver Branch, which serves Colorado, Wyoming and
northern New Mexico. He is responsible for evaluating developments in the
regional economy. His research forms the basis for his participation in
briefings prior to the meetings of the Federal Open Market Committee. Dr. Snead
earned his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. He also serves on the CCEE
board of directors.
Mike Bergmann, Ph.D.
Economist, AMG National Trust Bank
Michael D. Bergmann, Ph.D. is Chief Investment Officer, Senior Executive Vice
President, and co-founder of AMG National Trust Bank. Dr. Bergmann received a
Ph.D. in Business Economics and a Masters of Statistics from Stanford University
and a B.S. from the University of Minnesota. Among his notable accomplishments,
Dr. Bergmann holds a patent for a method of ascertaining an efficient frontier
for tax-sensitive investors.
Col. Neal Rappaport, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Economics, United States Air Force Academy
Neal Rappaport, Ph.D. is the Chair of the Department of Economics and
Geosciences as well as an Associate Professor of Economics at the United States
Air Force Academy. He has taught courses in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics,
Finance, and International Economics. He has also consulted on economic
development efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dr. Rappaport earned his Ph.D. in
Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
