The Undercover Economist
This
class reveals how economists view everyday events. What does the study of
economics tell us about ourselves, our neighbors, and our society? Teachers will
learn how to enter the “dismal science” and return with insightful tools of
analysis for themselves and their students. Participants will receive The
Undercover Economist: Exposing Why the Rich Are Rich, the Poor Are Poor--and Why
You Can Never Buy a Decent Used Car! book by Tim Harford.
