For 6-12 Grade Teachers

Entrepreneurship for the 21st
Century Classroom:

Teachers will learn about “enterprise” skills in the context of 21st Century Skills. What are employers looking for in employees? More and more employers are looking for problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and other “soft” skills rather than simply content knowledge. You will find out how entrepreneurs combine the three key economic resources (natural, human, and capital) to create a new business venture. Teachers will receive lesson plans and activities that support student understanding of business challenges and opportunities.
